Received YET ANOTHER item damaged!



I placed an order on and I received an item in some of the absolute worst shape I have EVER seen. The item is clearly opened and has been tossed around. The packaging box is in fine shape and despite 9 out of 10 orders I place with best Buy, there was actually bubble wrap around this item.


This means that this item LEFT THE WAREHOUSE like this. Someone saw this item, said it looked good enough and then sent it. 


I have pictures of this item and will give them to whichever Best Buy associate needs them. This is horrendous and I want to speak to someone who can explain to me how this is acceptable, as well as a replacement for this item.
