Received Wrong Item

I ordered Samsung 970 EVO 500GB M.2 SSD but that isn't what I received. I received the Samsung PM981 256GB M.2 SSD.  I'm not sure what the best way of returning this item would be since it's refurbished.  I paid extra for the faster shipping because I need it right now.  What is the fastest way for me to receive the correct drive?

 

I don't have a printer right now so printing my own return shipping labels will be inconvenient to say the least.

I was supposed to receive a return label in the package when the correct product was delivered.  I needed this because I don't have a printer at home.  Can I return the wrong item to a physical store if I'm not able to come up with a way to print the return label I got in the email?

@Azret That should work just fine per the terms of Best Buy's return policy.

I'm sure it is upsetting to have received the incorrect drive, and given you needed this unit as soon as possible I can understand you needing this resolved quickly. Given you don't have a printer I can understand your challenge in getting this SSD drive shipped back to us.
