5 days of waiting and still no updates or an ETA for when this will be resolved. I don't understand why they aren't just manually cancelling an re-issuing these gift cards. This is extremely disappointing customer service from BestBuy.

I also received an egift card with no pin when purchasing the pixel 3a. Do I need to contact someone, or will this be resolved for all the cards missing pins at once?

i can't understand what is so complicated about this. this was my first Best Buy purchase in almost 5 years and now I remember why I stopped shopping here.
