Thank you for posting this! The exact same thing happened to me. Ordered a Pixel 3a online and received the $100 e-gift card but there is NO PIN number. Phoned in and got the runaround - complete waste of my time. I thought I was going crazy. Best Buy needs to resolve this ASAP - it's completely unacceptable.

Same here. This is ridiculous. I purchased the Pixel3A with the intent of using the e-gift card towards purchase of a second Pixel 3A. Now the Pixel 3A has sold out locally. Moronic.

I am also missing my pin for my igft card; can I email you so I can get this fixed? Phone was for mothert's day and I was goiong to give her the gift card for a case, and now Im stuck!!!

Same problem. Made an account just to post this. That gift card was the main reason I purchased this phone, otherwise I would've waited for the OnePlus 7! I'm glad to know it's just not me. Best Buy needs to fix this immediately! Calling was useless, hopefully you guys here can do something..

Has there been progress in resolving the issue? Also, what is the estimated time to resolve?
If not resolved soon, I'll simply stop using Bestbuy for purchases altogether.
