I am in need of a receipt for an order I placed online Friday. The email entered at guest check out was incorrect, so I did not get an email receipt. I tried tracking the order online with the order number, last name and phone number and it is not working. I called 1-888-Best Buy and got nowhere. Can someone please help?

Thank you for connecting with us so that you may track down an order receipt. Even if you incorrectly entered your email address, you should be able to use our Guest Order Lookup tool to pull up your order and print a receipt.
