I bought a LG fridge in 2017, and it has broken (obviously not BestBuy's fault!) I need a receipt for the warranty claim, and that's where I need help. The order was online with no physical copy of the receipt. The order is still visible on my online account, but just the order number. I have e-mails for arranging the delivery and instalation.
The online help directs me to the order lookup - https://www.bestbuy.com/profile/ss/guestorderlookup
Looking up the order returns this error: We're sorry; this order cannot be looked up on BestBuy.com. Please call 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289) for assistance.
Calling the number, they tell me they can't help with online orders, and to contact BestBuy.com
Contacting BestBuy.com again, they tell me to call the number again.
I am clearly caught in some sort of error loop and don't know how to escape. Please help.

Have tried everything except for store visit. Currently 60 miles from nearest store with dead cellphone. Originally purchased in the store with CC. Found it on CC statement. Thanks.

I submitted a request a few days ago but I accidentally deleted it. I got a response- but also deleted it. What other mistakes can I make? Only time will tell....
