Does Best Buy not have a customer service email address? I refuse to call customer service again via phone because I struggle to understand the workers' heavy accents and poor English!
Chat has been unavailable for days. How can I reach customer service?
Best Buy sent me OPENED and USED DVDs. And, now solving this issue has become a nightmare! I will not be shopping at Best Buy in the future!

I was able to get replacement DVDs by phone. But phone rep said I would receive a shipping label via email and then never emailed it to me. I need a shipping label to return the used DVDs.

I understand you were ultimately able to connect with our phone support who have reshipped this order for you, and requested a return label be sent to you. Please know that this return label email would be received from UPS rather than Best Buy, so please be sure you are looking for the appropriate sender. Additionally, please make sure you are checking all areas where this could be filtered. This would include Spam and Junk folders, and if you use Gmail, any Promotional or Advertising folders. If you still haven't received the return shipping label, please let me know, and I'll be delighted to dig further into this with you.
