Do not purchase anything from BB. They will straight up rip you off!!!

 

Purchased (1) 55" TV 6/15. CSR charged me twice. I immediately called, they could see it, and was told my refund could take a billing cycle?!? After 1 month, no refund, I called back and I was told that I have to go to my bank. What does my bank have to do with it... Called again and spoke to someone else, they could see it was a "credit hold" my bank couldn't see any holds. I just want my money back. $586 nowadays is the difference between eating or not. My bank said the only thing they can do is a stop payment. I'm sure that will be declined as well.

 

A couple of years ago I ordered a 1K car amp. It was delivered in the factory box so everyone could see what it was. I didn't open it right away because I was waiting for other components. I saw shipping tape covering the tab on the box and figured they did it. When I opened it had a very old amp of the same brand wrapped in bubble wrap. I immediately called and after their investigation, my claim was declined. When I saw the old amp I knew they would never believe me.

 

I'm not a thief. But I was out a thousand plus dollars and had to buy another amp!

 

The moral of this story is you roll the dice when you deal with BB. They have stolen over $1600 from me. Never again!
