I ordered something from best buy that ended up being cancelled by best buy authorities. As good will, they gave me an "certificate". Then after going to two different Best Buy Locations pursuing a purchase with "Ecertificate" yet it was not approved. Now the Best buy staff solution of use the "Certificate" was to use it online. Yet in pursuit online the "ECertificate" still didnt work.I was alerted "Invalid promo code. Please check the promo code and try again." Im no longer excited! did the best buy staff steal my promo code? or was this just a second error after making my original online order.
