There's nothing quite so frustrating as receiving an order and having it be damaged out of the box. I regret that you're having to cope with such a situation.
As you may know, Best Buy's Return & Exchange Promise allows for the return or exchange of most products within 15 days of purchase (30 days for My Best Buy Elite members and 45 days for Elite Plus members). There have been special considerations added, so I recommend reviewing our policy at the link above.
You should be able to return the product to your local store. If that is not an option given current events, you should also be able to ship the damaged item back to us. Instructions for this process are available via the link above as well.
