Re: Weekly ad prices are being changed during the week

As somebody currently in the market for a laptop and a lifelong Best Buy customer, I will stand with you on this subject. I noticed the prices of the HP Envy AMD models over the past few weeks undergo a massive rise in price outside of the weekly ad.

The Ryzen 5 13 and 15 inch models were $779.99 and $759.99 respectively, then all of a sudden went up to $799.99 for both, then $849.99 for the 15 inch. Unfortunately, the same exact predicament occured with the Ryzen 7 models where their respective prices fluctuated outside of the weekly ad.

As of now, your best bet is to price match outside of the weekly ad as manufacturers keep their sales prices stable regardless of whether or not they are discounted.

Re: Weekly ad prices are being changed during the week

Hello, NavinSingh,

Welcome back to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about this.

Are you saying that items in our weekly ad are having their prices changed during the week while that ad is still active? If so, I’d like to look into this to see if I can determine what may have happened.

If you could post a link to those products, and let me know when you saw the prices move, if you remember, that would be a huge help.

If you’re saying that the prices went up after the ad expired that’s normal. We’ll often have products for sale during the ad, and they will go back up in price after the sale expires.

Sincerely,
