I cant believe how they do this . Who gets the money ? Do the representatives,in the call center who run you around with there abundance of perfectly memorized scripted crappolla ? Ive called eveyday for 2 weeks and not once did I get a legitimit resonable answer . first they told me it had been returned and I need to check with my bank, i did they show nothing Pending The only thing was the $340.99 . Then I call back and have them tell me its waiting on a supervisor to sign off so the funds can be released, Theeeeeen its you have to wait a billing cycle, I explaind unlike them , I need the $340 so I can put it towards my rent, I read on here a person said Best Buy give the impression they dont give a rats left butt cheek, and run you in circles with their well rehearsed scripts. " im sorry this is an inconvienence and I can understand how you might be upset" I wasnt upset 2 wekks ago I was upset, now Ive hit angry and regret evr buying my husband a tv. My original order was on line I picked the wrong size tv canceled in under 15 minuets, Rep was english speaking reasurred me the funds would be reviersed. I then went to the store and decided to do the progressive leasing. This was 06/18 fathers day gift. The Representatives this week have transferrd me so many time I should get some frequent flyer miles. Then I im tild after 2 hours to give my bank a code they can use to release the funds. Know what my bank said, thats right they have never heard of anything like some code, the nerchabt who took the funds has the ability to put it back. Theyre so quick to take them in a minuet , run you so hard to get it back I think theyre hoping you'll just give up . Im so disgusted. Everytime i look at the TV I leave the room because Im so angry. What can the average middleclass person do to get back whats rightfully theres ? I know Ive been told to get a lawyer, guess what lawyers want ? money

Hi, im so sorry to hear that, It really is awful. I have YET to get my money . Its going on 3 weeks now . I hope everyone that is experiencing this issue sees our post and writes in that its a valid complaint . I dont know where the money they never returns go too, id sure like to find out .

so today is 14 officialy of my trying to get my refund money. i,ve called again 3 or maybe 10 times , but had to go back to work, only get 1 hour for lunch. 3 times i did the call back, thought maybe when i get the call back i would take a break to talk to them. Guess What !! thats right no call back any of the 3 times i left my number . so im back to waiting on hold for 35 minuest . to talk to someon I have to replay over 7 over & over & over the same same same thing, arnt there notes ? really ?! i know the plan is to get the customer sooooo agravated that you'll give up . i'm posisitve, thats why no return calls, they see my number punch it in to the computer and then say "Nope not calling her ". Let you know whats happening next, waiting on my Best Buy Refund

I’m writing in hopes I’ll get some help . I have been calling the Customer Service line for 3 weeks. I’m on hold right now after waiting on hold for 39 minutes On Friday 07/01 then decided well I’ll use the call back option . Guess What ? That’s right No Call Back Have sent e-mail to the Best Buy Forum for help. I can’t believe it’s going on this long and am very disappointed in the results which have been NONE ! I’ve continued to call the Best Buy 888 no help ever line . Im also going to call the progressive leasing people I’m returning the TV and want nothing to do with Best Buy ever. I’ll definitely recommend my associates to not go shop there any longer.
