Hi, in facing the same issues I'm waiting almost a month to get my pre authorization funds back to me

It took almost three month that I finally received a refund by check. Kudos to the Social Media Specialist who saw my post on this forum and helped me. Otherwise the store and Customer Service will continuous send me back and forward without a solution.

Best Buy Customer Service 1 (888) 237-8289 is a joke so don't waste your time to call it.

I'm happy they were able to help you. If you feel Best Buy can improve I suggest you and all forum members use Idea X to voice your opinon on how they can improve. It's not just Best Buy's store it's yours too and if you don't voice your opinon it can't be yours. At least BBY gives you a platform to voice your opinion so check it out Smiley Happy
