This is happening to me now. I haven't received my refund for almost to month. I used debit card issued by Union Pay.
I searched online and found your post. Did you ever get this issue resolved? If you did, how? I desperate need some help.

It is never our intention to hold funds for longer than intended and once returned they can take up to one billing cycle to be returned depending on the banking institution. Sorry there was a typo in the previous message. It has been almost two months now. I returened phone to the store on February 28, 2022. I haven't seen a penny back from BestBuy. I contacted BestBuy customer Service multiple times and went back to the store multiple times. On April 9th, one of the store managers sumbitted an inquiry to BestBuy Credit Card Dispute and told me he should hear back from the team in 4 business days. It has been two weeks and I haven't heard a word from anyone.
