I'm dealing with the same situation here. I placed an order on december 18th, the payment was OK, but Best Buy cancelled it on december 25th due to "unable to process payment information". I couldn't understand that, because on december 18th the money came out of my bank account and now the order is cancelled.
I want to know when my money is going to be refunded, it's been 2 days and my money didn't came back to my bank account (I paid with debit card)

Thank you for dropping by our community forums. I know when I return something I like to get my order as quickly as possible. I'd be glad to give you some more information on how this process works. In most cases a refund will be processed in three to five business days. In rare cases this process can take up to one billing cycle. I would recommend contacting your banking institution for more information this timeline. Please let us know if you haven't received your refund once this time frame passes and we'll be glad to take a look in to this for you.
