Welcome to our forums, and thank you for reaching out to us for assistance.  I know how frustrating it can be to have trouble accessing your account, and it’s disappointing to hear this seems to be the case when you’ve been attempting to log in.

 

I’ll be happy to take a closer look into this matter and offer any additional assistance I can, however, I’ll need some more information from you.  Most of the information I’ll need is sensitive information we’ll want to keep out of the public view of our Support Forums, so I’ll ask that you use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address

 

As mentioned, be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to get this sent my way, and if you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.
