I was also just charged $1,136.60 on April 16,2020! Not authorized by me! I've been on the phone with my bank numerous times since we first noticed the charge and it still hasn't been resolved. I'm also on the phone with best buy at the moment, but the wait time is almost 2 hours... This is infuriating.

Welcome to our forums, albeit under such unfortunate circumstances.  I apologize for the delay in our response to your post, as we’ve been experiencing a bit of a backlog on our Support Forums over the past few days, and it’s causing us to reply to our customers a bit later than we’d typically expect. 

 

If you’ve not placed any recent orders with us that could explain these charges, I recommend following the steps outlined in our Help With Unauthorized Orders on BestBuy.com Knowledge Base article.  As it sounds like you were in contact with your bank regarding this charge, you may also need to file a report with your local law enforcement agency, so they might investigate these charges further, and Best Buy will cooperate with the authorities as much as we are able.
