I keep trying to purchase stuff on best buy with my best buy credit card. It goes through and a moment later says cancelled can't verify info. I called the card company and they said everything looked good on their end and I'm typing in the right information, that best buy was the one with the issues. Every time I call they keep transfering me.

We know how much you were looking forward to receiving the orders that you placed, so I can imagine the disappointment you felt when your orders unexpectedly cancelled. I know if that if my orders kept cancelling and I didn't know why, I'd be concerned as well, so I'm glad you took the time to bring this to our attention.
If you haven't already, I highly recommend checking out our article Why Was My Order Cancelled?, as it goes over common factors that can cause an order to be cancelled by our system.
