This policy is ridiculous. If you haven't shipped yet then why can't we cancel. Especially if ther order gets delayed! I see 20+ cards within 2 hours of my address. Yet for 4 days nothing has been shipped after the delay on Saturday. I have made arrangements at the closest store over an hour away and I want to cancel.
