So grateful for this Best Buy Forum. I felt so violated having my package stolen but then being told that I was still responsible to pay for the item was maddening. In a minimal number of back and fourth messages, Connor was able to restore my consumer faith in Best Buy. My case of having to pay for the stolen watch was resolved in my favor.
