@kyle, if you are still working for Best Buy, can you please assist me with the exact same issue that is happening to me? I refused a TV delivery over a month ago and still no credit to my Best Buy credit card. Nobody at Best Buy can seem to help me....thanks

Still no credit to BB credit card, after I refused delivery on a TV over a month ago

Hello, does anyone know who I can speak with regarding a TV that I refused delivery on over a month ago and my BB credit card still has not been credited. Anytime I try contacting customer support, no one seems to be able to assist me and I’ve also opened a charge dispute with the credit card company, but haven’t heard anything back yet. It’s ridiculous that nobody from BB seems to be able to assist or even confirm any of the information regarding the refused TV. Definitely not happy with the customers service, especially when this refused TV purchase will start accumulating interest soon....can someone please help me?
