I have almost the same exact problem. You have had TWO MONTHS to send delayed shipment. Meanwhile, you have $400+ of my credit tied up and could not use it for Christmas. Complaints falling on deaf ears. Last person said he was a customer too and couldn't do anything. This is completely unacceptable and has significantly tarnished your reputation with me. This needs canceled and my money returned now!
