Yep, I was told the same thing even though item has not been shipped out. The representative blamed the carrier for the delay. I requested it for item to be canceled simply because only a label has been created. Because of this I will not be using Best Buy again and will be telling others to do the same.

Of all the things I encounter when shopping online, having an order delayed is among the most aggravating. I have an open order right now that's almost a month old!
