I pre-ordered on 10/19 with the same issue. It said the order was recieved and would be delivered by today, Oct 27th. However, I woke up this morning and now it says I will recieve the item by NOVEMBER 27th. And I can't cancel the order. So frustrating. I could drive to a store 30min from here and get one right now. I feel like I was tricked into pre-ordering from best buy. Never again.
