My Sprint note 10 plus preorder was delivered on 8/21/19 but the seals on the Samsung box were already cut open. Is this something that best buy did to add my carrier's SIM card to the phone, or was my device tampered with? I'm leaning towards exchanging the phone for one that wasn't already opened. I called best buy and went into a best buy store and no one could really say for sure why my phone was previously opened before I received it. Has anyone else experienced this??  Please advise!

I understand that you've received your Note10+ pre-order a little early, how exciting! To address your concerns, this is something that's quite common, and the seals may have been broken to insert your sim card into your phone or to ensure quality prior to shipping the phone out to you. I'm confident that this is not something to worry about, but if you have any other concerns that we could assist with, we'd be happy to address those for you.

 

I would just recommend opening up your phone and ensuring that nothing looks out of place, as you should be all good to go start enjoying your new phone!

I ordered a Note 10+ and originally it said pick up in store on the release date. Now it says the 30th even though thet have them in stock.
