What's the restocking fee requirement for a cellular apple watch, unopened? Will there still be restocking fee even it's unopened?
I have two cellular apple watch 4 to order, however close to black friday season increases the chance I might want to return when a better deal shows up. I'll not open the seal and try it out until the holiday season is over. But so far the restocking fee policy on a cellular apple watch is quoted with "may be" on Best buy return policy page, and conflicting response each best buy personnel I have asked about.

Hi there, bitcuration!
Welcome to the Best Buy Support Forums!
I understand you have some questions regarding restocking fees on cellular Apple Watches, and I'd be happy to help clear things up for you!
As per our Return & Exchange Promise, there is no restocking fee if the product is unopened or if the purchase and the return both occur within: AL, CO, HI, IA, MS, OH, OK, SC and where prohibited by law. With this being said, while you would be charged a restocking fee if the watch is opened, you shouldn't see any restocking fees if the product is unopened and still sealed in the package.
Hope this helps, and please feel free to reach out with any additional questions!
