I purchased an open-box excellent (Excellent.
Products in Excellent condition look brand new — with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs) chest freezer. Delivery was not available so I drive over 2 hours to pick up. The store employee brought it out and placed in my truck. I couldn’t fully inspect the item as it was wrapped/boxed up. Arrived home to find several dents/dings on the corners. Called customer service and they informed me my only option was to return the chest freezer which would be a major inconvenience for me for a mistake they made. I explained to them I would like a price adjustment as the description was incorrect, they could not help. Very disappointing when you purchase an item in excellent condition to later to find out the condition is satisfactory. I am not happy with the lack of options and hope someone can rectify this issue.
