Hi
I bought 2 65 inch insignia last week for my store menu display but the USB. Does not auto loop pictures
Is it true insignia does not have this option or is there a way around it Before I return both tvs

Thanks for checking in with us. We appreciate you choosing Best Buy for this investment. It sounds like you had a specific purpose in mind for these televisions, and I understand being able to display your menu in a loop would be ideal. 

 

When reviewing the manuals for the 65-inch models, I did not see any information about this feature. If you’d like to send a Private Message with your full name, email address, and telephone number, that would help me determine which model(s) you purchased. I’d be happy to take another look. Alternatively, you may want to call Insignia’s Consumer Support Hotline at (877) 467-4289. A member of their team might have the answer you are looking for!

I did a bit more digging, and while these steps are not specific to the model you may have purchased, I am hoping this information might help. 


Please try entering setup from the “Menu” button. From there, select “Customize my TV,” set is as “Store Display” instead of “Home.” Then, choose “USB” as the input, browse for your photo folder, start the slideshow, and select the “Re-circ/Loop” button on the remote control. 


I hope this helps. Otherwise, I’d recommend calling the Insignia Consumer Support Hotline number I shared, or you are welcomed to visit your local Best Buy store for further assistance.
