Re: Received wrong item, but store won't accept return

I’m in the process of dealing with the same issue. I placed an order back in September and they sent me a printer instead. After chatting with the online support i was told to send the incorrect item back for a refund. After the incorrect item was delivered i was told to wait 10 days for a refund and the printer was sent back to me a second time. After talking to customer support AGAIN i was told to send the printer back a second time. After it being received and still not receiving a refund i contacted them again and the most recent update is they said they can’t do a refund or replacement. I now don’t have my original order, a refund, or even the original item i was originally sent. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced and i can’t even get a straight answer from anyone I’ve tried talking to. I most likely will never shop at Best Buy again because of this experience.

Re: Received wrong item, but store won't accept return

Hiya, Dwelch,

Welcome to our community! Thank you for taking the time to write in to us, although we wish the circumstances were different.

Getting new tech should be exciting, but we are sad to hear about your experience. This certainly isn't what we intend for any of our customer's to go through. I'd be more than happy to see if I may be able to assist with this. To do so, can you please send me a private message that includes your name, phone number, email, and order number? You can send a secure message by clicking the blue button in my signature.

Best Regards,
