Hello Everyone, I just joined your site with the hopes of getting some help acquiring a copy of my online receipt for a Netgear Router I bought last month from Best Buys. I've just spent an hour and a half with three different Live Agents help offered on their home page. The reason for my chatting with them is because the Netgear router I bought was defective and Netgear will send me a replacement free of charge, but I need to provide the receipt. I've typed in the order number I got from one of the agents, but it came back as having no results found. Then I went to the "Purchases" heading to look up the router info but there isn't any record on the purchase? I had also bought a cable modem at the same time and that's not listed either. Both purchases, modem and router, were bought on the same day, October 1, 2019. It's been extremely frustrating for me after spending all this time with Best Buys trying to get a copy of the receipt! I've re-entered the order number I was given a few times and have gotten the same "no results found". Please if anyone can give me some advice about how I can get my receipt, I would be extremely grateful. Thank you

Welcome to our community. As I know only too well from my own experience, requesting help and then not having it work out as expected can be quite frustrating indeed, especially when the goal seems to be so easy to achieve.
As I'm sure you know, you can find the steps to print a receipt for an online order at Getting Receipt Copies. Using the form for locating a Guest order, please enter your order number, your last name, and the telephone number provided for the order. The order number should be entered with no spaces within or spaces after (on some occasions copy/pasting the order number can add a trailing space).
If your order does not appear with your purchases in your online account, the most likely reason is your My Best Buy membership ID was not included with the order when it was created. For more information on adding missing points, please visit How Do I Report Missing My Best Buy™ Points?
