Tons of people are waiting on these. Best Buy completely messed this up and are going to lose tons of customers over it. Have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this store over the years, but no more after this debacle.

Absolutely right. This is putting people in a serious bind because of the trade-in component. It's one thing to cancel orders for products without anything attached, but these are devices people use for work, to stay connected, etc. and with finite elevated trade-in value in which to take advantage of the situation. BB really needs to recognize what is going on here and extend everyone's trade-in orders until they're able to fulfill.

Havent received mine either. I've had best buy representatives outright lie to me on the phone saying it will come in two - three days and that they sent an escalation email. I call the next day, they say no CASE ID was ever filed and that what that representative told me was untrue.
No one has given me any date about when I will get my item. No update, no anything. But they want to hold my money hostage. This is simply unethical and I will refrain from buying from Best Buy ever again in the future as I feel like I am getting scammed.
