i ordered mine on the 12 as well (pixel 3 128gb black) and still no answer or notification of item being shipped i even chat online rep as well as called customer service. i still have no answer this is poor customer service to allow us to order without giving a definitive date after waiting 2 weeks for something that is 'Getting more soon’ if they are backed up that much they should not allow customers to order or put a hold i tried to buy elsewhere and i noticed there is a pending action with my Verizon account now because of pre ordered. so if they going to put hold on my Verizon account they should be more courteous and provide better shipment eta. Rather than keep giving ambiguous answers and/or deceiving the customer.
best buy has let us down i feel like and will be hesitant on order anything from best buy online again.

Thanks for the post! Having been in similar shoes, I know it's never fun waiting on an order for a high-demand phone. Be sure to keep an eye on your order status and be on the look out for emails. As soon as there's an update to your order, you should see it there. I appreciate the feedback and my fingers are crossed that your wait won't be too much longer.

I'm in the same boat, I ordered mine on the 17th. When I ordered it Best Buy said I would get it by 3/1, well its 3/1 and there hasn't been an update yet. Pretty frusterating. Hopefully they figure out that they are going to lose customers for good and fix this asap.

Still same thing here. Ordered on 17th. Everytime I talk to BB it's something different. Goes from "should ship soon, I'm seeing it in stock again" to "I see we have requisitioned the inventory from the manufacturer". Then of course rest assured it will ship soon and just keep an eye out for the order update email.

Wish I found this before purchasing 2 on March 1st. What I don't understand is why are they starting my service/payment contract when they haven't ship the phones? My first monthly payment is to start on the 24th with the contract starting March 2nd.

On my service/equipment contract due on the 24th it is also showing the wrong monthly payment. It is not showing the $300 credit in the monthly payments.
I guess I will wait and see if they make changes as we get closer to the 24th. Makes no difference to pay early, just want to get my hands on the phone asap as my S7 is dying.
