I'm running into the same issue.  Made an order on Dec 31st and it was canceled by Best Buy on the 3rd.  The pre-auth hold still hasn't been canceled.

 

Please help!

I know whenever my order is cancelled, I expect the funds associated with the order to released back into my account as soon as possible, so I can certainly understand wanting to make sure your PayPal account is refunded after your order was cancelled earlier this month. 

 

As it sounds like you’re aware, your PayPal account would be charged as soon as your order is placed with us, and if your order is cancelled, a refund should be processed back to your original form of payment.  The time it takes these funds to return to your PayPal account can vary, and while your refund should generally post within 2-5 business days after your order is cancelled, it can sometimes take up to 30 days for the funds to return to your account, depending on the card company associated with your account.  This is outlined in PayPal’s “Where is my refund?” Help Center article, which you’ll find here.

 

We’re not quite past the 30-day mark just yet, so if after 30 days you’re still not seeing your refund, please follow up with us here on our Support Forums, and we’ll be happy to take a closer look at that time.

It's been over 30 days now and nothing.  I'll check again in the morning, but assuming nothing is there, whom do I contact?
