I'm going through the same thing, and I was told that my case was "escalated". I got the email that my $500 Video Card was delivered, and I ran outside and there was nothing. What is going on here? Too many people are having this problem and it sounds like intentional fraud. I'm calling my bank tomorrow to report Best Buy as the fraud they are, I recommend you do the same. They know darn well that package never got here, and are holding my money, and yours too. I'm sorry you're dealing with this too. It should become public knowledge to not buy on BBY.com
