This happened to me too. Just last night. No one can seem to help me understand what the heck is going on. Did your issue get resolved?

Not yet. KyleR-BBY contacted me through private message and is looking into my specific issue, and apparently that could take up to a week. I'll post here again when/if my issue is resolved, but I suggest contacting him or making your own thread as this seems to require them finding and fixing something in their system. I don't think there is anything I'm doing "wrong" on my end to legitimately cause this.

Welcome to Best Buy online community. Getting an email letting you know that your order has been canceled because the information is not able to be verified, can be a little confusing. I understand that you are seeking more information to ensure that your next purchase is successful.
There are many reasons an order can be canceled, and I always recommend our customer to read, Why Was My Order Cancelled?
