I understand how this would be an understandably frustrating experience.  With that said, I’ll be happy to take a closer look into this matter, and offer any additional assistance I can.

 

If you could reply to this message with the following information:

 

Your first and last name
Your phone number
Your email address
Your cancelled order numbers


This should be enough information for me to begin my research, and hopefully get you the assistance you’re looking for.

I have an unsastified answer from Bryant. The message is generic and not helping with my issue at all.

They likely told @PhilSantos that after working with the internal team and reviewing everything, they couldn't help him and that he has to go to inside the local Best Buy store to place future orders. I know because that exactly what they told me. The poor level of support and customer service is unbelievable.
