I'm having the same issue. I've been on the phone multiple times, chats, been in the store. But NOBODY can help me with this issue. I've browsed through the forum and did not find anybody got this issue resolved. Anybody got this issue resolved?

I have exactly the same issue. Did what you did. And got the same result. Why do we get punished for something beyond our control?
