Hi, I am currently also having this same issue. It looks like it is supposed to be delivered today according to Best Buy, but UPS says they have still not received the package.

Welcome to our forums! As you’re aware, the biggest benefit of a tracking number from your carrier is the ability to view your order’s progress as it makes it’s way to you, so I can certainly understand your concern if this tracking number doesn’t appear to be updating as expected.  With that said, I’d like to take a closer look into your order, and offer any additional insight I can.   

 

For me to get started, in my research, I’ll just need you to provide me the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

 

As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep this sensitive information out of the public view of our Support Forums, so be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature.  If you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.
