I'm in the same situation. OnTrac is just horrible. This always happens with OnTrac and release day delivery. OnTrac Representative stated they have not received the products from Best Buy. I ordered both Pokemon Sword and Shield. I then called Best Buy Customer Service and their Representative stated the product has been shipped because they have been invoiced. Best Buy Customer Service Representative stated they will not contact OnTrac to verify anything about the delayed shipment. Best Buy Representative gave me the same run around as last time, "the carrier may have ran into some delay". Ended up going to buy the two games for my kids and will do a return, once the shipped games arrive some time next week. OnTrac is horrible stop using them for our shipping!!!!!!
