I'm in the same boat here.   I pre-ordered Pokemon Sword a few months ago for my daughter's birthday.  We're having her party today, 11/16.  Normally I don't have issues with release day delivery but it doesn't look like this package is getting here any time soon.   The carrier, OnTrac, shows the status as "package yet to be tindered to carrier."


So now my unfortunate plan is to go physically purchase a copy of Pokemon Sword at a local Best Buy, get a gift receipt, and later return the unopened copy from the shipment back to the store for a full refund.  That way she actually gets her birthday present today.


OnTrac doesn't seem to have any information about what is going on, either.  Hopefully it arrives within the return policy of the other copy I am heading out to buy.

Welcome to the forum, and happy birthday to your daughter! I remember receiving Pokémon games as a kid for my birthday as well, so I'm confident your daughter appreciated it! With that said, I know how busy kids' birthdays can be, so I'm sure the last thing you wanted was to squeeze a last minute trip to purchase Pokémon Sword.
