On Dec. 3rd at 1:30 pm placed order for GE dryer on sale. Reviewed invoice and it was OK. Tried to pay on line and it then said could not load invioce and to contact store. Could not get anyone to ans. local store phone. Went today to the store and it was no longer on sale and they could not help me(Dec.4). Tried getting help on line again with Chat and no help. It was a savings of $80 so it was significant. I think you should honor out attempt ! We have an Email you sent. The Email is at  {removed per forum guidelines}. Phone  {removed per forum guidelines}.  Address  {removed per forum guidelines}.I thought I could count on Best Buy but disappointed.

We appreciate the fact that you were interested in purchasing this GE dryer from Best Buy. Often, online orders are more convenient for our customers, especially during this health crisis. If you were experiencing an error when attempting to complete your order, working with your local store team would have been our recommendation as well. Learning you were having a hard time connecting with a Blue Shirt is never ideal, and it sounds like the sale had ended by the time you made it to the store to complete the purchase. We would love to discuss this further, in effort to ensure all routes to resolution have been explored.
