I order a Mac book and the order was delayed. I’ve spoke with 5 costumer service agents that have told me they can’t help. I can’t cancel the order !!! Best Buy has 2 pending transaction on my credit card for a total of 7,800. So I have no more room to buy another laptop. I need the laptop to work from home. So now I have no way to work from home or buy a laptop. They have done nothing to help and I don’t know what to do. In this time of struggle they should be doing everything the can do help and not creating a bigger issue for there client. It’s crazy because it looks like this has happen to a lot of people. I don’t want to charge back the card but I don’t think I have a choice I need to work. Crazy!!! My email is {removed per forum guidelines}

I can totally understand the need to get your ordered laptop as soon as possible, especially if it’s needed to do your work.  I’d be happy to help if I can.
