Same happened to me for my Suicide Squad steelbook purchase.  Package was lost and never located by LSO after inbound scan at Fort Worth distribution facility.

 

Additionally, i now have THREE MORE steelbook shipments w/ LSO that have gone missing!!!  All with inbound scans in Fort Worth, all now lost.  Is it possible to never have another order shipped using this service again?!

Thank you for visiting our online community, although I wish your first post had been related to a positive experience. It sounds like you have a few orders that may have gone missing, which is very surprising to hear. Best Buy uses many carriers, in effort to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Considering multiple orders seem to have inbound scans without further progression, I understand why you’d be seeking support.
