Same here.. For multiple orders, I initially had to go through customer service which still show the orders on my account though I couldn't find them through regular means. Though the last time I went through the emails, all the links were dead or not linked to anything while using my mobile browser.. Yet still have the emails.

My initial fear, since I pre-ordered them on my old Best Buy credit card, was that they were going to be deleted since the card has recently been renewed under a new year.. though the rep said that wouldn't be a problem, I'm still curious to see if they will still hold the actual preorder pricing due to the card's initial expiration.
