3 days later item still showing as delayed. My reply to another post as been made into a whole new post with no reply from any customer support members. Tried once again to call best buy and they literally said noone is available to pick up the phone and use online chat support which would be great if I could actually find it instead of being redirected to either this forum or the phone number.

Best Buy works hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. With that said, sometimes due to circumstances outside of our control, there may be delays.
