Was there ever a solution to this? I've been sifting through the forums looking for answers, but all I see are "Can you PM us" and no actual resolution posted. I sent an PM to BBY Faith about mine. The only think I can peg this on at this time is that they maybe have my online account flagged on the backend for some reason. My credit cards are valid. I use them ALL the time and they work in the Best Buy stores, just fine. They also work at other online retailers (Home Deport, Amazon, Costco, QVC, Macy's, Kohls...etc). I've tried two different cards, Apple Pay and Pay Pal. ALL of them cancel in minutes with an "Unable to verify your information" email. Surely someone knows something about this.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our community forum and letting us know about these orders. I can imagine how frustrating it would be to have these orders cancelled not know why.
