OMG!! I just ordered an Apple Watch too and then got the confirmation email that ONTRAC was shipping it. NOOOOOOO!!!! I've so many issues with that company. They are the worse shipping company in the US. Amazon used to ship my online orders through them and out of 10 items in 3 months I purchased, 1 only showed up. ONE ITEM!! ONTRAC drivers are the worst. No respect for their job. No respect for their customers. No respect at all. I'm afraid now I will lose my money because of Best Buy being so cheap to not use UPS or USPS. I even checked Best Buys shipping info and it states they have a partnership with UPS & USPS. I should've googled ONTRACK & Best Buy. If I did that I would've never ordered it online for shipping. UGH! I'm so stupid!! Now I'm gonna be all stressed out over the weekend.

Question, did Best Buy refund your money or replace it at least?

Cancel an order that's in shipping pending

Hello. Is it possible to cancel an order that's in shipping pending? Only the shipping label has been created. The item itself has not left the Bestbuy warehouse. I need to cancel it due to it's being shipped by Ontrac and Ontrac has a really bad job performance in San Francisco. Thanks.
