I've followed your trail to here. Seems like best buy does not want to give the master keys. I got an Intel I9-12900ks and am having the hardest time getting this master key LOL. After talking to 3 ppl instore 4 ppl on online chat and 2 phone calls no one can solve this issue! I've submitted a message to the gaming-bby.
