I'm having the same issue. Have tried several browsers and have cleared cookies and cache in all. But I still don't receive the verification code when I request it.

Thank you for registering to our Forum to let us know about this issue. I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving your verification code. I can definitely understand how frustrating it is to be locked out of your account. I am happy to help you look further in to this. 

 

Since you have tried different browsers and clearing your cache it is possible that your email service is filtering out the email. If you don't see your email in your spam or promotions folders you might need to use a different email address. I am able to modify the email address on your account. Can you please send me a private message with:

 

Name on account

Phone number on account

Current email on account

Email you would like account changed to
