I believe we have almost the same situation! I bought an Apple Iwatch series 7 in 45mm at the Mira Mesa store last Dec 18, 2021 and have asked to ship it to my house with an ETA december 24th, a few days later I received an email saying my order will be shipped soon, ETA december 23rd as per ONTRAC. Then I received an email saying my order has been delivered on december 23rd in my FRONT DOOR, was so excited to receive good news, came home early to find out theres was no package delivered in my front door, I even checked my patio, checked with my neighbors and nothing!!! So upset this was supposed a Christmas gift! Called BB customer service on December 24th reported order was not delivered and verified not received, they said they will replace the item and it will be delivered on December 29th, comes the day, they said order is being delayed with no ETA!!! How am I suppose to know when is my package arriving? Finally called after a few days, I believe I called January 4th to finally cancel the order and asked for a refund! They said they will send me an email confirming of the refund. A week passed by and nothing!!! So I followed up and they kept saying they will expedite the request and nothing. Weeks passed by already, been passed along 9 different agents and no one ever helped!!! Super frustrated that I went ahead and dispute this charge with BB citibank on February 3rd, got an email saying they're investigating! And just today this early morning I got an email from BB saying the same email you got.


We’ve concluded our investigation and have determined we will not be providing a refund or replacement item .
At this time, we encourage you to work with local law enforcement regarding this matter.
and I'm so upset! This has to end and I need a resolution right now!!!

I too have had shipments that have gone astray and it can be quite frustrating indeed, especially when the desired resolution is not forthcoming. I regret to hear that you've had to cope with such a situation.
